• From the command line, example call on PDB file 1vfb.pdb, to investigate the interface between chains A and B on the one hand, and chain C on the other hand: intervor.exe -f 1vfb.pdb -C AB -C C -log
• The Biskit python library contains a wrapper for Intervor which automates some preparation and cleanup tasks. See Biskit
