Commonly used FTP commands:

ls: directory listing equivalent to dir.
ls -l: long directory listing, more detail.
pwd: display the name of current directory.
cd: change directory.
lcd: change the local current directory.
get: to download the file from the FTP server.
put: to transfer file and place it on the FTP server.
mget: to download multiple files from the FTP server.
mput: to transfer multiple files to the FTP server.
prompt: to turn on/off interactive mode.
binary: to turn on binary mode.
ascii: to turn on ascii mode.
delete: to turn a file on FTP server.
status: to display how the current FTP session is configured.
mkdir: to make directory on FTP server.
quit/close/bye/disconnect: to disconnect from the FTP server.

Note: All FTP commands are case sensitive and in lower case.

Perl 環境變數和 remove module

Manually you can remove:

/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.X/Module/Module.pm   or
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.X/Module.pm

depending on the module.
(the path might be different on your system, check:
  command::>> perl -e 'print join("\n", @INC);'
)

粗粒化方法(Coarse Grained Method)

粗粒化方法(Coarse Grained Method)，即把數個相同的原子或分子假設以一顆較大的珠子(bead)包住，以同樣的分子或原子為囊括對象，且給定每個珠子的質量及大小。反言之，質量較大的原子或分子會以較少的數量佔據一顆珠子，如此設定可以減少運算對象的數目，有效縮短運算時間。珠子與珠子之間是軟勢能函數(soft potential)作用，每一顆粒子又以遵守牛頓運動定律去運算彼此之間的相互作用力。在DPD中，珠子設定成軟球(soft sphere)，其珠子跟珠子彼此可以穿越，這樣可以讓系統更快達平衡。
